Returns & Refund Policy
If in the unlikely event your order is not received in useable condition please call us or email us at sales@mutts.ie with the reason of your return or for replacement.
Returns are at the cost of the customer and must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. You must contact us first to be sure you qualify for a refund. Shipping cost is at the expense of the customer. Any products returned after the specified time frame without previous contact and arrangements with mutts.ie will not be refunded.
We do not take responsibility for your pet destroying products. We will however swap products if the wrong size is purchased and the product has clearly not been used with tags still on, but shipping is at the cost of the customer and must be within the set time frame. Damage and wear and tear done by dogs is the responsibility of the customer.
If you do not accept your delivery from DPD and your order is returned, we will process a refund excluding cost of delivery.
*Faulty goods – must be made known to us by email or phone within 48 hours of being received.
Refunds will be given through the same payment method in which the consumer paid or store credit can be applied. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Custom product / Engraved Tags – custom products are non-returnable or refundable. Please make sure you have the correct information when ordering your custom products.
